§ 3-7-14-2 — Applicability of definitions
(a)Except as provided in subsection (b), the
definitions in IC 9-13-2 apply to this chapter.
(b)A reference to the "commission" in this chapter is a reference to
the Indiana election commission unless otherwise stated.
