Text
Except as provided in section 15 of this chapter, an application under section 4 of this chapter authorizes a county voter registration office to update the voter registration record of the applicant:
(1)under 52 U.S.C. 20504(a)(2) unless the applicant fails to sign
the voter registration application; or
(2)in a manner authorized under IC 3-7-26.3.
