§ 3-7-14-13 — Confidentiality of information

Voter registration information received or maintained by the bureau of motor vehicles commission under this chapter is confidential and may be used only for voter registration purposes as provided in this article, 52 U.S.C. 20504(b), and 52 U.S.C. 20507(a)(6).
