Text
(a)An applicant who completes a voter
registration application under section 4 of this chapter is not required
to submit the application to a county voter registration office.
(b)The bureau of motor vehicles commission shall forward the
voter registration part of the application and any declination to register
under this section to the election division for transmittal to the
appropriate county voter registration office on an expedited basis in
accordance with IC 3-7-26.3, IC 9-24-2.5, and 52 U.S.C.
20504(c)(2)(E).
