§ 3-7-13-2 — Eligibility to vote in primary election

Indiana·Art. 7 VOTER REGISTRATION·Ch. 13 Registration and Voting Requirements; General
A person who, on the day of the next general, municipal, or special election, will meet the age and residency requirements of section 1 of this chapter may register and vote in the primary election.
