Text

Upon completing the investigation, the circuit court clerk shall issue a written report. The clerk shall provide a copy of the report by first class mail with tracking to:

(1)the person who filed the notice;
(2)the person alleged to have committed the violation;
(3)the members of the county election board; and
(4)the NVRA official.
