§ 3-7-12-26 — Funds for voter list maintenance activity and mailing of notices
Each county fiscal body shall appropriate an adequate amount of funds for the county voter registration office to conduct:
(1)the voter list maintenance activity under this article; and
(2)the mailing of notices required under the voter list
maintenance program.
