§ 3-7-12-25 — Dispute resolution and interpretation of law by county election board

Indiana·Art. 7 VOTER REGISTRATION·Ch. 12 County Administration of Voter Registration
If a board of registration is unable to resolve a dispute among its members, or with the circuit court clerk, and requires an interpretation or clarification of the law, the board shall refer the matter to the county election board for determination.
