§ 3-7-12-23 — Substation registration boards
(a)A circuit court clerk or board of
registration may establish substation registration boards as necessary
to ensure adequate opportunity for persons to register to vote.
(b)The registration officers comprising a substation board must be
equally divided between the two (2) major political parties of the
county.
