§ 3-6-9-6 — Filing of written statement
Indiana·Art. 6 POLITICAL PARTY AND ELECTION OFFICERS·Ch. 9 Watchers for Primary, School Board, and Precinct
The written statement required by section 1 of
this chapter may be filed with the circuit court clerk at any time until
the official returns and ballots of the precincts have been delivered to
the county election board.
