§ 3-6-6-8 — Inspector; nomination by county chairman

The county chairman of the major political party whose candidate for the office of secretary of state received the highest vote in the county at the last election may nominate a voter for the office of inspector. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-5-11 part.]
