Text

A county election board shall adopt a written resolution not later than twenty-eight (28) days before election day designating the precincts for which assistant clerks are to be appointed. The county election board shall file a copy of the resolution in the office of the circuit court clerk and shall mail copies to the county chairmen of the major political parties of the county.
