Text
Each precinct election board shall determine
all matters coming before the board in accordance with Indiana law. If
necessary, the judges shall assist the inspector and poll clerks in the
performance of their duties. Subject to IC 3-11-9, the judges shall also
assist and instruct voters when assistance is requested.
