Text
If a county election board unanimously
determines, after a public hearing, that there was good cause for a
violation of IC 3-12-2-7, then the restrictions on compensation and
subsequent membership on a precinct election board prescribed by
section 28 of this chapter do not apply. However, the county election
board must make such a determination as its first order of business at
its first meeting after the election at which the violation occurred.
