Indiana·Art. 6 POLITICAL PARTY AND ELECTION OFFICERS·Ch. 6 Precinct Election Officers
If a county election board unanimously determines, after a public hearing, that there was good cause for a violation of IC 3-12-2-7, then the restrictions on compensation and subsequent membership on a precinct election board prescribed by section 28 of this chapter do not apply.
