Text

The county executive shall fix the compensation paid under sections 25 and 26 of this chapter for all elections except municipal elections held by towns under IC 3-10-7. The fiscal body of a town holding a municipal election under IC 3-10-7 shall fix the compensation paid under sections 25 and 26 of this chapter. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-5-15(c).]
