Text
(a)Except as provided in section 38 of this
chapter, each county election board shall appoint two (2) poll clerks for
each precinct in the county.
(b)Each county chairman of a major political party of the county is
entitled to nominate one (1) poll clerk under section 9 of this chapter.
(c)Except as provided in section 39 of this chapter, the poll clerks
must be voters of the county.
