Indiana Statutes
§ 3-6-6-18 — Inspector or judge; requirement of oath
A person appointed to a precinct election office
by a precinct election board or by a county election board may not
assume the duties of inspector or judge until that person has taken the
oath required by section 19 of this chapter.
