Indiana Statutes
§ 3-6-5-6 — Removal of member upon request of county chairman
A circuit court clerk shall remove any member of
the county election board upon the request of the county chairman of
the political party that nominated that member. The clerk then shall
appoint a new member nominated by the county chairman.
