§ 3-6-5-5 — Nominations by county chairmen

Indiana·Art. 6 POLITICAL PARTY AND ELECTION OFFICERS·Ch. 5 County Election Boards
The county chairman of each of the major political parties of a county may nominate, in writing, a member of the chairman's party for appointment to the county election board. The circuit court clerk shall appoint the nominee to the board. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-4-2 part.]
