§ 3-6-5-21 — Designation of deputy election commissioners by county chairmen

The county chairmen of the major political parties of a county shall designate the deputy election commissioners. The deputy election commissioners must be divided equally between the major political parties. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-4-5(a) part.]
