§ 3-6-5-18 — Circuit court clerk to perform duties of clerk or secretary

Indiana·Art. 6 POLITICAL PARTY AND ELECTION OFFICERS·Ch. 5 County Election Boards
Each circuit court clerk shall perform all duties imposed upon the clerk under this title as a member of the county election board or as secretary of the board, except when the clerk is acting as the registration officer of the county. Any such action taken by the clerk is considered an action of the board. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-4-3 part.]
