§ 3-6-5-12 — Failure of chairman to call meeting

If the chairman of a county election board for any reason fails to call a meeting of the board, then the two (2) other members may meet to execute the powers and perform the duties of the board. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-4-3 part.]
