Text
As authorized by 52 U.S.C. 21112, if the
commission determines that there is a violation of any provision of
Title III, the commission shall determine and provide the appropriate
remedy if authorized by law to do so. If providing the remedy would
require additional or amended Indiana legislation, the commission shall
notify the interim study committee on elections established by IC 2-5-1.3-4 in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 and provide
recommendations regarding the form and content of this legislation.
