Text
Each political party whose nominee received at
least ten percent (10%) of the votes cast in the state for secretary of
state at the last election for that office may have precinct
committeemen elected at the same time as a primary election in
accordance with IC 3-10-1-4.5 or IC 3-10-1-4.6 if provided by the rules
of the political party.
