§ 3-6-11-3 — Reports by poll takers

Each poll taker shall make a full, true, and complete list of all persons whose names are reported as voters, with such comments as the poll taker considers proper concerning the voters' respective qualifications. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-20-3.]
