6. An organization or individual conducting activities under section 2.5 of this chapter shall follow the following procedures:
(1)Submit a list of poll takers to the person designated by the
college or university.
(2)If the student housing is not covered by a policy limiting
visitation by members of the other gender in the living areas of
the student housing, conduct the activities permitted under section
2.5 of this chapter between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.
(3)If the student housing is covered by a policy limiting visitation
by members of the other gender in the living areas of the student
housing, conduct the activities permitted under section 2.5 of this
chapter during the most restrictive of the following times:
(A)Between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.
(B)During the hours visitation is permitted.
