§ 3-5-8-5 — Publication of voter's bill of rights in news media
Not later than twenty-nine (29) days before a
primary, general, or municipal election, the secretary of state shall
request Indiana news media to include a copy of the voter's bill of
rights as part of election coverage or in public service announcements.
