Text
(a)As required by 52 U.S.C. 21083, the precinct
election board shall post the voter's bill of rights in a public place in
each polling place on election day.
(b)The commission may require a copy of the voter's bill of rights
to be distributed with voter registration materials or other materials that
are given to voters.
