Text
(a)This section applies to:
(1)a convention required or permitted under this title that is
conducted by a political party to nominate candidates; or
(2)a caucus conducted by a political party under IC 3-13 to:
(A)nominate candidates; or
(B)select a person to fill a vacancy in an elected office.
(b)The ballots, poll lists, and other documents or material generated
for or used by the convention or caucus are the property of the political
party. This property shall be retained and preserved in the manner
specified by the rules of the political party.
