Text
(a)"Presidential elector" refers to an elector
for President and Vice President of the United States as provided in
Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2 of the Constitution of the United States
and Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the
United States.
(b)The term includes an alternate presidential elector elected as
provided in IC 3-10-4, unless the text or the context of the statute
provides otherwise.
