Text

(a)Except as provided in subsection (b), "expedited basis" refers to the processing of:
(1)a voter registration application;
(2)a cancellation of a voter registration application;
(3)a transfer of a voter registration application; or
(4)another document that creates or amends the voter registration record of an individual; not later than forty-eight (48) hours after the document is received by a county voter registration office or an agency required under IC 3-7 to transmit voter registration documents to a county voter registration office.
(b)If a voter registration application or other document listed in subsection (a) includes a partial Social Security number that must be submitted to the Commissioner of Social Security for verification under 42 U.S.C. 405(r), "expedited basis" re
