§ 3-5-10-5 — "Plan"
(a)As used in this chapter, "plan" refers to the
description of the districts that a redistricting authority is required to
establish.
(b)The term includes the maps and written descriptions of the maps
that define all the districts that a plan is required to have under the
applicable law.
