§ 3-5-10-10 — Failure to include territory; rule of assignment

Indiana·Art. 5 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Ch. 10 Drawing Election Districts for Local and School Board

If any territory in the political subdivision is not included in one (1) of the districts, the territory is included in the district that:

(1)is contiguous to that territory; and
(2)contains the least population of all districts contiguous to that territory.
