§ 3-5-1-1 — Application of title to certain elections

Indiana·Art. 5 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Ch. 1 Applicability; Types of Elections

This title applies to each election at which the electorate of the state or a political subdivision:

(1)nominates or chooses by ballot public officials; or
