Text

1.

(a)A person who grants a request for voter registration information under IC 3-7-26.3 or IC 3-7-27 with knowledge that the information will be used in a manner prohibited by IC 3-7-26.3 or IC 3-7-27 commits a Class B infraction.
(b)A person who has previously received a judgment for committing an infraction under this section and knowingly, intentionally, or recklessly violates this section a second or subsequent time commits a Level 6 felony.
