§ 3-14-3-5 — Tampering with voting system
A precinct election officer who, with the intent
to cause or permit a ballot card voting system or an electronic voting
system to fail to correctly register all votes cast, tampers with or
disarranges the system or any part of it commits a Level 6 felony.
