§ 3-14-2-8 — Return of names of ineligible, fictitious, or deceased persons by poll taker

Indiana·Art. 14 OFFENSES·Ch. 2 Vote Fraud

A poll taker who knowingly returns:

(1)the name of a person who is not entitled to vote in the precinct for which the poll is taken at the next election;
(2)a fictitious name; or
(3)the name of a dead person; commits a Class A misdemeanor.
