§ 3-14-2-20 — Deceptive registration of vote
A person who knowingly:
(1)deceives a voter in registering the voter's vote under IC 3-11-8; or
(2)registers a voter's vote in a way other than as requested by the
voter;
commits a Level 6 felony.
