Text
5. A person who does either of the following, knowing that an individual is ineligible to register to vote or to vote, commits absentee ballot fraud, a Level 6 felony:
(1)Solicits the individual to complete an absentee ballot
application.
(2)Solicits the individual to submit an absentee ballot application
to a county election board.
