§ 3-14-2-13 — Hiring or soliciting an ineligible person to vote in a precinct

Indiana·Art. 14 OFFENSES·Ch. 2 Vote Fraud
A person who knowingly hires or solicits another person to go into a precinct for the purpose of voting at an election at the precinct when the person hired or solicited is not a voter in the precinct commits a Level 6 felony.
