Indiana Statutes
§ 3-13-5-8 — Rights and duties of person selected to fill vacancy
A person certified to fill a vacancy under this
chapter has all the rights and duties of a member of the general
assembly elected at a general election. The person serves for the
remainder of the unexpired term.
