Text

(a)If a tie vote occurs among a group of chairmen acting under section 4 or 5(b) of this chapter, the state chairman may cast the tiebreaking vote.
(b)If a quorum required under the rules of a meeting held under this chapter is not present, the state chairman shall fill the candidate vacancy. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-11-10.1(c).]
