Text
(a)Except as provided in this chapter, the
caucus shall establish the caucus rules of procedure. The chairman or
an individual designated by the chairman shall break any tie vote that
occurs in the caucus.
(b)If a quorum required under the rules of a meeting held under this
chapter is not present, the county chairman or an individual designated
by the county chairman shall fill the vacancy that exists in the local
office or school board office.
