§ 3-13-1-5 — Legislative office

Indiana·Art. 13 VACANCIES·Ch. 1 Early Candidate Vacancies
A candidate vacancy for a legislative office shall be filled by a caucus comprised by the precinct committeemen of the political party whose precincts are within the senate or house district. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-11-10(b)(2) part.]
