Except as provided in IC 3-10-8-7.5, a candidate vacancy for United States Representative shall be filled by a caucus comprised by the precinct committeemen of the political party whose precincts are within the congressional district. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-11-10(b)(3).]
