§ 3-12-8-18 — Hearing; circuit court clerk to certify determination
Indiana·Art. 12 ASCERTAINING RESULTS OF ELECTIONS·Ch. 8 Contest Procedures for Nomination for or Election to
A circuit court clerk shall certify the determination made concerning the election contest under section 17 of this chapter to the:
(1)county election board;
(2)election division, if the contest concerned an office for which
a declaration of candidacy must be filed with the election division
under IC 3-8-2; and
(3)governor, if the contest concerned an office commissioned by
the governor under IC 4-3-1-5.
