§ 3-12-8-16 — Hearing; date
Indiana·Art. 12 ASCERTAINING RESULTS OF ELECTIONS·Ch. 8 Contest Procedures for Nomination for or Election to
The court shall fix a date within twenty (20)
days after the return day fixed in the notice to the contestee for the
hearing of a contest.
