§ 3-12-6-31 — Single county nominations or elections; transmittal of certificate showing corrected vote total
Indiana·Art. 12 ASCERTAINING RESULTS OF ELECTIONS·Ch. 6 Recount Procedures for Nomination for and Election to
(a)The circuit court clerk shall transmit the
certificate prepared under section 30 of this chapter to the election
division, the county election board or other public official authorized
by this title to issue:
(1)a certificate of nomination under IC 3-8-7;
(2)a certificate of election under IC 3-10-7-34 or IC 3-12-5-2; or
(3)a commission for the office under IC 4-3-1-5.
(b)The election division shall provide a copy of a certificate
transmitted to the election division under this section to the office.
