9.
(a)Except as provided in subsection (c),
a recount for nomination to an office conducted under this chapter shall
be completed not later than the final Friday in June following the
primary.
(b)Except as provided in subsection (c), a recount for election to an
office conducted under this chapter shall be completed not later than
December 20 following the election.
(c)The court that appointed the commission may issue an order to
extend the deadline under this section to a specific date if the court
finds that there is good cause to do so.
