§ 3-12-6-17 — Recount commission; compensation
Indiana·Art. 12 ASCERTAINING RESULTS OF ELECTIONS·Ch. 6 Recount Procedures for Nomination for and Election to
Each member of a recount commission is
entitled to a per diem not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100) for each
day actually engaged in making the recount. The judge of the court
having jurisdiction over the recount shall fix the compensation paid
under this section.
