Text

Each member of a recount commission is entitled to a per diem not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100) for each day actually engaged in making the recount. The judge of the court having jurisdiction over the recount shall fix the compensation paid under this section. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-27-10 part.]
